Responsibilities
- Strategically guide clients through the Acumatica implementation process
- Design processes to be configured in the Acumatica ERP software including functional design documents required for enhancements
- Develop and configure software to meet defined requirements from the solution design
- Produce professional documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients and prospective clients; create Statements of Work (SOW)
- Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical developers on potential customizations to the product.
- Cleanse/import client data and document deliverables and completed activities.
- Deploy and conduct User Acceptance Testing and End User training required for Go-Live cutoff
- Manage various engagements concurrently
- Deliver insightful, engaging training sessions via phone, web, or in-person on Software.
- Train associates on various aspects of implementation and delegate work based on availability and experience.
- Ability to travel to client sites when required to understand client requirements and perform training and testing (minimal travel - cap 25%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of experience implementing Acumatica
- Completed 3+ end to end Acumatica Implementations
- Experience working as a ERP Implementation Consultant within a Partner environment is preferred
- Holds Acumatica current Business Consultant Badge
- Fluent in Acumatica ERP Implementation methodology and business process
- Experience in projects with Distribution, Manufacturing and / or Construction is preferred
- You are a strong communicator and critical thinker who can work in a team and handle complex situations.
- Travel to client sites (as needed - on average 25%)
- Eligible to work in the US now and in the future.
