My client, a leading European Insurance company are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their fully agile environment, where you'll work closely with various business leaders, team members and external parties, ensuring initiatives are properly executed.
You'll be responsible for, but not limited to;
- delivering large enterprise IS projects
- leading a scrum team in the the delivery of change initiatives using different project delivery frameworks
- manage key stakeholder relationships
- manage system development priorities
Key skills required;
- Strong leadership
- Minimum 6 years IT industry experience
- Minimum 2.5 years operating as a scrum master
- Good knowledge of System Architectures, Software Engineering, and DevOps / Agile practices
- Agile/Scrum Master/SAFe cert is advantageous
