As AML Specialist, you will…
- help to organize a consistent and coherent roll-out of Compliance policies, processes, controls and projects across the Factoring entities; this includes recommendations, getting validation and implementation of adjustments for Factoring perimeter in terms of organization, policies, processes, practices and controls;
- assist and guide the local (compliance) teams in order to come to a coherent compliance risk assessment and reporting;
- issue binding or non-binding advices to the local (compliance) teams on escalated files, compliance incidents, New Activity Committees, …;
- contribute to the animation of the Factoring Compliance Community in terms of communication, training, exchange of best practices, …
- contribute to local and central compliance committees.
Are you our next AML Analyst? The answer is yes if
- You have already a short experience as AML or KYC Analyst and you dream of being part of one the most international bank in Europe.
- You have a Bachelor in Criminology, Laws or Business Management or Business Management
- You are native Dutch speaker and can communicate both orally and in writing in English and French
- Analytical and investigative skills
- Driven mentality and the capacity to prioritize.
- You're a team player as well as able to work autonomously
