Oliver James is engaged with a NASDAQ-listed Commercial Investment firm to appoint an Assistant Accountant in a newly created role within the business.
This new position will join the EMEA Finance Ops team and will be a key part of the team. This role will be supporting the management of a portfolio of legal entities and ledgers across Europe. There is scope for growth from Part Qualified to Qualified Accountant already in the plan for this position.

- Assisting with the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting for the group under US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP.
- Assisting with the financial integration of acquired new business.
- Assisting with the group audit process.
- Assisting with the IFRS Financial Statement audit.
- The preparation of bank reconciliations for various legal entities.
The successful candidate will have between 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a consultancy, practice, FS or industry and either be an ACCA finalist or working towards (Part-Qualified ACCA) with a familiarity around US and Irish GAAP a distinctive advantage.
