Assistant Manager, Group HR Solutions
An multinational financial institution with a technology driven mindset is looking for a HRIS Assistant Manager to assist in Workday related projects, BAUs and integrations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to work on enhancements on existing functionalities
- Be responsible to participate in project management when necessary
- Be responsible to manage invoices for procurement
- Be responsible to liaise with outside consultants on gathering and providing requirements with agreed standards
- Be responsible to collaborate with country HRIS team on gathering requirements for new projects
- Be responsible to work, advise, train directly with HR department for daily support
- Act as SME to manage incidents raised by users on system testing and implementation
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working as a Super User in maintaining various modules in Workday (HCM, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Recruitment)
- Workday HCM configuration and business processes knowledge
- Ability to configure and update user requirements in various modules within reasonable limits
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve errors in Workday system
- Project management skills
