We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a reputable and rapidly expanding company within Financial Services.
You'd be joining the Insurance Operations function, any experience with underwriting focused projects is hugely desired; however, we are also very interested in speaking to people from any Insurance Operations background (Claims, Policy, UW, Banking etc)
You would be working in a fully agile environment and play a critical role in helping to deliver a large change programme across the Underwriting & Performance function
One key focus would be on the continuous improvement and success of their highly technical underwriting systems
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Insurance sector
- Good level of knowledge of Underwriting across a broad product range
- A results driven, confident individual
- Strong communication and experience managing stakeholders at a senior level
