The role of the Architect is to translate a business strategy into an executable operating model covering front to back functions in Global Markets and provide a clear picture of the changes required for project managers to execute and deliver them.
- Be one of the first few people from the Transformation department to understand the business strategic & the required outcome, to shape the business scope, and to define the target state in terms of processes, people and systems.
- Work closely with the business heads or their COO team, the change management people in the support functions including Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance etc, as well as IT architects/developers to consolidate their input and document the operating model at a high level that can be comprehended by senior stakeholders before they give the approval
