Change Manager - Permanent Opportunity - Based in West Yorkshire
Change Manager, managing full time cultural change across multiple projects as part of a group wide Transformation programme. You will be required to work as part of a Change Management capability to help deliver and shape the engagement strategy and the key communications and evens as part of the strategy.
Experience required:
- Strong stakeholder management
- Confident people focused individuals
- Good understanding of change management techniques, tools and principles
- Experience of designing and advocating a change management framework
- Be able to facilitate change for projects in the transformation by training, coaching and supporting the team.
