Our client is looking for a strategic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for forming and delivering business opportunities aimed at growing 's successful consulting market share in the Seattle area. This role will establish a robust pipeline of customers and drive the sales process to close. Your background and success in selling Project-Based Services, Managed Services, and/or IT Staff Augmentation will be essential to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take over an existing pipeline and book of business, developing account plans for expansion and optimization
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing pipelines, and supporting forecasting
  • Systematic prospecting and development of major business units, product groups, and operations organizations
  • Offering IT consulting solutions ranging in scope from staff augmentation to managed services - $100k to $2m in revenue.
  • Establishing relationships within key accounts at all buyer influencer and buyer decision-maker levels
  • Developing new relationships, clarifying client needs, and closing new opportunities.
  • Generating professional proposals and negotiating terms under Statements of Work.
  • Collecting detailed scope/requirements for new opportunities and collaborating with Recruiting & Delivery teams.
  • Providing ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Current/recent and proven experience selling IT consulting, Managed Services, solutions, and resources to Seattle area accounts.
  • Proven ability to successfully identify key decision-makers and develop relationships across enterprise account organizations
  • Demonstrated experience pursuing, shaping, developing, and closing opportunities.
  • Persuasive written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working on an IT team or delivering IT solutions
  • Experience selling ServiceNow solutions and services, or similar cloud-based platform solutions and services (client is a ServiceNow Elite partner)
  • Prior use of NetSuite for contact and pipeline management
  • Background in metrics reporting

Compensation

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $125,000/Yr. - $150,000/Yr. and is an Exempt role.

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
