THE JOB
Business Management Analyst - Local NGO

Job Responsibilities
- Provide financial support, including but not limited to preparing financial reports, support annual financial audit, administration of invoices and payments, keep accurate up-to-date records and ensure the smooth running of the organisation;
- Support internal recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff members;
- Preparing for, and participating in Operations internal catch-up call, arranging events and lunches;
- Occasionally supporting the Founder and Board Chair with board-related administration.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in one/more of Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, Communications, Law.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Be a dynamic team communicator and player; a quick learner who works well under pressure and in a growing and highly collaborative working environment;
- Be comfortable with, and committed to operating within, our core values: open, inclusive, people-centered, and transparent;
- Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership for responsibilities assigned.
