Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Business Operations, you will be responsible for managing team and provide administrative support in servicing the clients. This involves working closely with cross function stakeholders to improve collaboration and address issues raised, participating in Processing and setting up customised policies within the expected turnaround time and coaching team members to improve competency and productivity.
- 5 to 7 years working experience in insurance
- Proven previous team lead experience
- Familiar with term life/ surgical/ medical products
- Experienced in Insurances ops, prior quality servicing
- Knowledge in handling renewals and new business processes
- Able to be on standby during office hours to handle urgent cases
- Meticulous and able to work with deadlines
- Confident in problem solving and decision making
