** Change Manager - Insurance - Remote working/London - 6-month Contract ** REMOTE/LONDON OUTSIDE IR35
A leading Insurance business based in the heart of the City, is looking for a Change Manager to come in to create and implement a communications and engagement strategy for finance. You will support the delivery across the finance modernisation programme by increasing colleague engagement and driving adoption of new business processes and technologies. You will develop and deliver internal finance communication plans to actively increase awareness and engagement across all locations, partner closely with the communications, culture and people team to support communication efforts including design, development, delivery and management and additionally you will prepare strategic messaging on key topics and issues, to be delivered consistently in communications with all stakeholder groups.
The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced Change Manager who has worked on finance change projects showing proven success designing and executing communications strategies along with previous experience working with large-scale organisational change efforts.
