Skills and experience you'll bring:
- Graduate caliber education
- Legal training or past claims experience establishing liability and/or settlement resolutions.
- Functional knowledge & understanding: Claims management process, US/RoW Insurance
market (general & focus group), US/RoW legal and regulatory environment, and alternative
resolution approaches - Demonstrated analytical skills and problem solving experience (broad-based, analytical, conceptual, creativity)
- Experience with information technology,cyber security, and incident response concepts, including, but not limited to:
- Networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN, etc.)
- Server and storage solutions (e.g., on-premises, cloud-based)
- Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Security technologies (e.g., EDR, PAM, SIEM, etc.)
- Digital forensics (e.g., memory forensics, triaging, network, cloud security, etc.)
- Familiarity with backup strategies and solutions, including business impact analysis, recovery point objective (RPO), and recovery time objective (RTO)
- Experience with analysis of financial statements, financial assessments of claims, and data analysis
