A leading personal lines insurer is looking to hire a Claims Manager for their home-owners / property team. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of talented HO Adjusters, whilst also driving strategy and managing key business relationships. All cases coming into this team are flood / weather damage related cases, so experience within this classification is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a team of 10+ Home-owner Claims Adjusters
- Drive technical and operational strategy for the claims department
- Drive best practice, claims efficiency and technological innovation
- Heavily involved with recruitment and selection process
- Management of external vendors and clients
Experience Required:
- Significant experience leading a home-owners property claims team
- Excellent knowledge of flood / CAT claims
- Exposure to other weather damage or fire claims highly beneficial
- Adjuster Licence (ideally TX, AZ, CA, NY)
