I am currently partnered with a reputable global Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a new permanent Claims Operations Manager to both lead the wider team & also support strategy across Global Specialty Claims for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Claims Operations.
- Ensure alignment to Lloyd's strategy (BluePrint II).
- Strong knowledge of internal/external Claims changes that may affect the business.
- Managing process improvement & optimisation across the department.
- Awareness of IT solutions to support claims optimisation.
I am particularly keen to hear from candidates with:
- Lloyd's market experience.
- 'Docosoft' system knowledge.
- Claims SME/Claims specialism with operational capacity.
- Delegated Authority knowledge.
- Evidence of strong Claims Transformation/Claims Change exposure in their career.
This role operates a hybrid working model & is based in The City of London.
