Oliver James are partnered with a mutual insurance company, in their search for a Deputy Company Secretary and Risk/ Compliance Officer.
The purpose of the role is to advise the Board/ Directors on Corporate Governance/ Co-Sec matters. While working closely with the Board to ensure the company is compliant with the AFM Corp Gov Principles.
The suitable candidate will have previous Co-Sec experience within a regulated business (ideally Insurance).
