This is a broad compliance and risk role across the whole function - you will be the no.1 in Compliance reporting straight to the Board, and as a result will gain a huge amount of exposure.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Compliants and vulnerable customers
- Data protection
- Enforcing Policies
- Dealing with lenders
- Financial crime including Anti Money Laundering
- Operational Risk Management
Someone with good compliance monitoring experience but that also has a number of years exposure to the FCA and conduct rules would be ideal for this position.
