Continuous Improvement - Process Improvement - Automation - Lean - Six Sigma
I am currently working in partnership with a renowned Financial Services client that is looking for a Continuous Improvement Consultant for their CSI function.
You'll be tasked with establishing and managing the CSI function, developing the process and governance. Also be, Managing a cost benefits realisation plan for the Operational resilience programme. The aim is to reduce operational costs over a 3-year period through automation, process enhancement & robotics.
Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation 3 /4 (Essential)
ITIL CSI
Lean
Six Sigma
Knowledge:
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
High Level of IT Technical Competence across Application, ITSM, Infrastructure, Cloud
Knowledge of SDLC
Automation / Robotics
Experience:
Financial Services or regulated industry
3-5 years in a CSI management or similar role
Influential Relationship Management skills
Commercial astute and poses strong analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manager CSI Portfolio and associate process
Create and track Benefit relationship plan
