Our esteemed client, a prominent leader in the banking sector, is currently seeking a reliable and skilled customer service executive.
It's important to note that this a six month contract with a high likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.
What you can expect:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensuring system records are maintained and updated following every customer interaction.
- General loan administration requirements such as issuing mortgage statements, redemption statements and ad hoc manual lettering as required.
- Work within agreed metrics, for all operational and customer requirements, including meeting agreed targets and service level agreement.
What you need to apply:
- Previous contact centre experience and/or financial services background.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Target driven individual with the ability to manage your own workload.
