Cyber Defence Analyst (100%) - Zürich - Hybrid Working
I am seeking an experienced Cyber Defence Analyst to join a key client of ours in bolstering their growing Cyber Defence Centre in Zürich. You will be responsible for further developing their Cyber Defence Centre using the appropriate measures, processes and procedures to protect information systems and facilities to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the further development of the Cyber Defence Centre according to best practice approaches in the areas of: infrastructure, analysis scenarios, log sources and sensors, threat intelligence and threat hunting
- Developing and optimising security use cases, identifying security risks through threat and vulnerability assessments
- Analysing cyber security incidents and information security risks, then coordinating necessary next steps
- Advising application and system managers on weak points in the infrastructure
Requirements:
- A degree in computer science or equivalent further training/experience in cyber security (3+ years), or additional training in cyber security
- Professional experience in cyber defence, with good knowledge of the NIST Framework
- Experience with QRadar, Azure Cloud, MS Defender, and Python is desirable
- Strong organisational and conceptual skills, you are able to effectively coordinate the different tasks and tackle them in the optimal order
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
