Oliver James is looking for a Data Governance Manager for different roles, with strong capabilities.

Your key responsibilities:
- Define the mission, objectives and strategy of the stream.
- Lead a team of data governance experts and/or data quality analysts to achieve his/her stream objectives
- Management, all organisation wide data governance, quality and regulations activities
- To achieve the necessary degree of data quality integrity, protection, and regulatory compliance, establish and monitor adherence to the enterprise data governance, quality, modeling, and regulation frameworks for data policies, standards, and practices
- Closely collaborate with business and marketing team to raise the quality and worth of essential data assets.
- Degrees:
You have at least a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics or engineering.
Skills and competences:
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in RISK, Finance or regulatory topics
- Have knowledge in regulatory topics is mandatory (BCS239, Basel IV, ESG, LTS, VDS, LOM, CRE,…)
- You have a Fluent level in English and have great skills in French and/or Dutch
- You are a team player with a proactive attitude
- You have also good analytics and synthesis skills
- You are capable of autonomy, commitment and perseverance.
