The aim of the business is to hire 2 experienced Development/Commercial Underwriters to help grow their presence and develop their products in the UK and internationally. For these roles, we are not looking for London Market experience. Rather, we want people with exposure to other markets across the UK (Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle etc)
Working from home - yes, almost fully remote, with business trips abroad and to London required.

Team Size - Currently 3 Senior Underwriters, but they are looking to grow this rapidly - a real chance to make your mark on the company and be one of the first through the door

Management - European Cyber Experts with over 15 years of industry experience
Progression - Small team but rapidly growing. This means fewer politics and more opportunity to grow, learn and progress within the business.
Experience required: 3-15 years of Underwriting experience.
In order to be successful in this role, we need:
- Somebody based in the UK (not in London)
- Somebody with a strong local network of clients and/or Brokers
- Fantastic communication skills
- A knowledge of Cyber Or PI Or D&O Or Property Or Financial lines
- A will to win and progress
- Good at taking feedback and making plans of development
- Commercial Development experience
