This is an exciting role which will see you lead the DevSecOps workstream / secure development program across the entire enterprise and will combine hands-on technical expertise with your ability to coach & upskill technologists on secure development best-practices within the business.
DevSecOps Engineer Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Security Engineering or DevSecOps, with a strong understanding of DevSecOps practices
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD toolsets like Gitlab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud-based environments, as well as a good command of frameworks and standards like NIST, ISO, etc
- Experience of leading / mentoring / coaching in a secure development program
- Experience with scripting (python, bash, etc) and security testing (Nessus, qualys, etc)
- Experience with Terraform or similar would be preferred
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to Manhattan 2-3 days per week
