This is a permanent position offering a remarkable opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the company's technological roadmap.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Architecture team, focusing on the strategic implementation of application and enterprise architecture solutions.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide architecture strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure architectural solutions meet business needs and comply with security standards.
- Assess current technology architecture and recommend enhancements to improve performance and scalability.
- Lead architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Skills
- Profound knowledge in Applications Architecture and Enterprise Architecture with at least 10 years of experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse environment
- Experience in working in a regional capacity and collaborating with different LBUs
