- Minimum 2 years of Epic Experience.
- Epic HB related Certification required (HB, PB, Dorothy, Single Billing Office, Benefits, Charge Routers).
- Defines and documents system scope and objectives based on knowledge of the hospital systems and user needs.
- Anticipates problems, provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary priorities, and presents the solution to the operational partners.
- Develops system specifications, performs system design across a variety of applications, and executes system test plans
- Apply technical expertise to individual client system build in order to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
