Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert in enterprise level applications (Dynamics or Oracle ERP, Finance or Supply Chain) and implementation of projects that contribute to the improvement and standardization of the business, technology infrastructure and/or systems and applications in alignment with business and user needs
- Manage business demands, analyze business requirements, prepare cost/benefit analysis and suggested roadmap for approval
- Manage the design principles, IT blueprint and ensure architecture and technologies implemented are aligned to global standards and support the business objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders such as key business leaders and various functional teams within IT organization to deliver sizable projects
- Manage vendors and have operational oversight for delivering innovative, effective and sustainable solutions and ensure design aligned with IT standards
- Work with business to support process improvement and data analysis needs and ensure timely communication to business stakeholders regarding system/process changes, training updates and other pertinent related information
- Collaborate with Business Units and IT application development teams in project management, requirements study and testing according to established procedures
- Ensure consistent communication to all stakeholders across all levels on project status, issues and risks
About you:
- Degree holder, Information Systems, Computer Science preferred
- 5+ years of solid experience in digital and customer facing technology project implementations such ERP, HR or Supply Chain systems
- Consulting background and change management skills is preferable
- Experience working in an agile environment would be an advantage (scrum master experience is a plus)
- Proven tracked record in managing sizable digital projects and business process re-engineering
- Strong business acumen in the areas of business process, data-driven
- Strong analytical mindset and able to manage complexity with good problem-solving skills independently
- Ability to manage offshore teams and vendors
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
