Our client is a market leading life insurance firm with business across the globe and solid foundation in Hong Kong. They are current hiring a Manager under their well established FP&A team to handle daily BAU duties. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. Candidates with FP&A experience in financial service industry such as banking, wealth management are also welcomed.
Job duties:
- Prepare management reports to ensure business performances are analysed and presented to Management/Group office to facilitate business decision making on a timely basis
- Prepare budget report, ensure budget is in line with business initiatives and strategic planning
- Participate in and perform UAT for MIS enhancement project
- Provide recommendation on existing management reporting process
- Support on strategy and business review
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University graduate from Finance or other related discipline
- CPA qualification
- At least 5 years in insurance or accounting industry
- Hands on experience in business intelligence and data management tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau
- Experience in finance transformation / MIS project is a plus
