We are representing a private equity client in Asia who have significant investments within the global insurance industry (US$10bn + in annual revenues across life and non-life), and are currently supporting them in identifying future CXOs for their investments across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
We are seeking individuals who could join group head office in China at an Executive or Managing Director Grade before taking up a local assignment in one of their investment entities.
Whilst we're open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds, the ideal profile would be 15+ years in life and non-life, multi functional, multi geography experience, 5+ years at a head of function level, and bilingual Mandarin and English.
