I have an exciting opportunity for a Group Risk & Controls Manager to join a financial services business in Leeds.

Key responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the controls framework and testing plans
- Challenge risk owners and make controls recommendations
- Design and deliver training and continuous improvement to 1LOD teams
Person specification:
- Experience in financial services - insurance or banking is an advantage
