We are currently partnered with an award winning German financial services client to help them find a HCM Consultant with a specialist in Time Tracking to support in a long term migration project.
Fluent German language skills are essential in this role. Our client allows you to deliver the work completely remotely and the project will run until at least the end of 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Model requirements from personnel deployment planning (desired services, shift work, staffing strength, etc)
- Process, interpret and documents software requirements through analysis of data
Experience:
- Strong experience with time & attendance tracking systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience providing consulting or advisory services to complex international organisations
- Business Fluency in German language
