Leading a small yet experienced team and reporting the Head of Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for developing new client portfolio, market observations and product development. This involves RFP Management, as well as managing and developing a team.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in Business Development
- Insurance industry experience is essential
- People management experience, even indirectly or as a mentor to junior members of a team, is essential
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Candidates currently managing a portfolio of clients within the insurance sector are encouraged to apply
