My client, a dynamic and exciting insurer, who are growing rapidly in terms of structure, complexity and profitability, are seeking to appoint a senior accountant to head up their insurance controlling team.
This role will be helping coordinate the controlling activities and coordinating with regional teams and Group. You will own processes of the transition from local GAAP to IFRS, liaise with various teams on profit & loss and lead performance projects across all portfolios, presenting results to management.
The ideal candidate will enjoy proposing new systems and new ways of solving problems.
German language skills would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
