We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead up the Operations function of this business, as well someone who can take ownership and craft their own destiny.
Working within a leading organisation, you'll be working as an Operational Leader, heading up multiple key projects and forums at the same time, across the customer experience, functional development and process systems development.
- Responsible for leading a dynamic team of operational managers and team leaders from the front.
- Lead issue resolutions solutions alongside driving performance of others.
- You will be part of a team setting the strategic direction of the Operations team, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Effectively switch between proactive and reactive priorities within daily operations
- You will empower others, delegate accountability's and ensure progress across all business projects and initiatives.
- Hold people performance reviews and management sessions with individuals and groups.
- Lead through your team to proactively ensure all customers receive the best possible service on agreed timescales, whilst driving continuous business improvement.
- heading up a team of technical and non-technical people.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience leading other managers / team leaders
- Proven track record of driving success within an operational function.
- Experience Heading up multiple projects simultaneously, whilst continuously improving business and system development.
Must be within commutable distance of Manchester for a hybrid working approach.
