The Role
We are currently in the market for a HR Project Manager for a key client of ours based in London.
As the HR Project Manager, you will support the People Partner within the clients Enterprise Wide Technology team and work together to drive and co-ordinate people priorities.
Additional role responsibilities include:
- Rolling out the career planning tool for EWT.
- Liaising with the People Partner community across the firm to share ideas and leverage existing content and approaches.
- Day-to-day management of assigned projects, including taking the project forward from appointment, supervising and closing the project.
- Ensure relevant collateral, messaging and other communications are kept up to date and available for internal and external use.
Requirements
- Must be an experienced HR project manager with a proven track record of delivering successful people programmes
- Proven knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes, including risk management.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (including Agile)
- Demonstrable experience of improving the employee experience
