Leading MNC Bank is looking for a Managing Consultant and Strategist to join their dynamic transformation team

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Single point of contact for Markets in liaising with the value streams
  • Establish a holistic Delivery view across all funding sources
  • Establish Market delivery governance to optimise interactions with Regional teams and Global VS
  • Help market teams to build investment cases at an aggregated level linking to the OKRs
  • Work with the markets to understand local priorities and ensure they are visible to Regional and Global stakeholders
  • Coordinate market demand and liaise with the value streams for guidance on global solutions and VS backlog prioritisation
  • Translate the strategic priorities into a meaningful, executable, prioritized roadmap and facilitate their design and execution
  • Assess local demand and identify capability gaps in order to deliver the VS outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Business stakeholders in leading or supporting strategic initiatives
  • Support the Business and markets in designing, facilitating, and running workshops, and in proposing recommendations
  • Ensure key learnings are captured to improve methodologies and share best practice
  • Work with the other Market Engagement Teams to share learnings and identify synergies across markets

The ideal candidate would have the following background and experience:

  • University degree holder
  • Previous experience in a Management Consulting company is preferred
  • Experience in running a large change portfolio of change activity
  • Strong analytic background, including being able to contextualise data into business activities and conclusions
  • Experience in applying principles of Design Thinking, Lean, Business Architecture and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Ability to think laterally and innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives
  • Experience in facilitating workshop and working groups using Design Thinking methods
  • Ability to articulate and communicate complex problems into an approach to identify solutions
  • Versatile experience, working with people in both technical and non-technical environments
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, and ideally JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
