A fantastic oppurtunity for an integration Analyst to join a growing Group IT Team where you will manage the day -to-day support for SharePoint online and being the primary point of contact for administrative support to the system's end users.

The role:

  • Providing day to day support for a small number of applications focussing on SSIS integrations
  • Being the primary point of contact for administrative support to all the system's end users.
  • Managing the ServiceNow queue for SSIS integrations queries by seeking to resolve them directly within standard It SLAs
  • Translating business requirements into robust technical Integration solutions using ETL tools such as SSIS & Azure Data Factory ensuring setup with appropriate security and controls
  • Providing technical and non-technical support to end users of interfaces within the business. Assisting with the resolution queries and where this is not possible, escalating them to the appropriate team. Keeping the end -users updated as to status of their query.

Your experience will include:

  • ETL / ELT tools such as SSIS & Azure Data Factory and be able to read and write SQL scripts and stored procedures.
  • You will have a solid knowledge of SQL Server Integrations Services CatLog, SQL Agent, Linked servers, as well as an understanding of Azure integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory).
  • You will have the skills to use Source Control using GIT and develop new and decipher existing advanced SSIS solutions ( holding SSIS certification).
  • To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative and effective communicator with the ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels as well as the skills to breakdown complex problems and manage projects through to successful completion.
