Leading Insurer seeking an Investment Proposition Manager to join their Savings and Retirement team, within their UK Life business | Nationwide role with flexible working | £70-100k base salary

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a leading Insurer seeking an Investment Proposition Manager to join their Savings and Retirement team as part of UK Life business. This role is crucial to the growth ambitions of the business within a team that is getting a considerable amount focus and investment internally.

Within this role you will be tasked with bringing together customer and market insights, along with an understanding of the S&R strategy and investment proposition. You will be responsible for the strategic delivery of investment propositions - facilitating the team's new and more innovation focused shift to being proactive in the market in addition to managing a small team of 4.

Role requirements:

  • Suited to an individual with strong DC investments background from a consultancy, a provider or Mastertrust
  • Investment qualification (IMC, CFA, etc) would be advantageous
  • Leadership skills/experience in people management
