We are working with a Top Tier Financial Firm, and we are hiring for a large transformation programme which involves technology, digital & analytics, and for that, we are looking for a Digital Project Manager
- Work closely with wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners, including distribution, product, investment operations, compliance, legal, customer experience, marketing, IT, etc. to enable effective project governance
- Recognizing and mitigating risks, resolving issues, identifying dependencies and pro-actively managing any corrective actions or change requests throughout the lifetime of projects
- Accountable for successful execution of all aspects of business change delivery, including Target Operating Model implementation, solution delivery, training and communication
- Provide regular, accurate and appropriate change reporting and communication to Sponsors and Senior Management to ensure the status of progress and that any associated risks, issues or changes are recognized, understood and managed, with the appropriate escalation when necessary.
- Ensure the development and distribution of quality project-related documentation to all interested parties
- Maintain a positive attitude and act as team player in supporting team activities and initiatives
- Provide support to the Head of Project Management Office to build a team with strong business sense and project/change management skills
- Accountable for the management and delivery of projects to time, quality and within approved budget
- Drive strategic/product delivery projects from initiation, business case creation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling until closure
