We are looking for someone to join an a reputable & rapidly expanding business that are going through an exciting journey of change & transformation.
Due to a continued period of growth & success, this business is currently at the beginning of a large programme across technology and change, including work on continuous improvement, the cloud and agile.
We are looking for a recent graduate or someone with a foundation in a change / tech focused position who is looking to become a Business Analyst.
We need someone who is confident and enthusiastic about working with people as you will be interacting with Stakeholders across the business.
Ideally you will have an analytical mind and will be proactive, inquisitive and personable. You must be able to adjust to new priorities quickly and have strong organisation skills and the ability to self-prioritise. It's crucial to have an eye for detail and be someone who continually strives for improvement.
You should have the confidence to deal with the here and now while still keeping an eye on what the business will do be doing a year or two in the future.
You will be trained and supported to become a champion of best practice agile delivery and a skilled Business Analyst who will be confident to deal with the here and now, whilst still keeping an eye on where the business is going and what will occur in the future.
Desirable:
- Experience working with customers
- An excellent understanding of all Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of web technologies and web development
- Degree level educated in a relevant discipline or some experience in a customer focused role
Based just south of Wakefield there is a lot of flexibility for home working; however, you must be able to commute to their offices for 1-2 days a week
