A major FinTech client of mine is looking to hire a Junior QA Engineer / Software Tester to join a large software team. As part of the IT team, you will work within a culture where communication and teamwork are favoured over hierarchical structure. Day-to-day working alongside Developers, Architects, Engineers, Product Managers and more.
This company is going through a transformation of its technology environment, moving from a monolithic platform to a new modern microservices architecture that will provide products and services across a broad range of channels and utilise new technologies to drive development within their market.
The business recognises the huge impact that the modern digital era, particularly new fin-tech businesses, are having on the world of financial services and is seeking IT Professionals with a keen interest in new technologies, the enthusiasm to grasp these changes, and the energy to drive test and development of new systems and services.
My client is looking for someone who wants to progress their career within QA / Software Testing. They are happy to consider somebody from an IT / technical support background or somebody who has 6 months Software testing experience. They are flexible on what technical skills they are looking for but if a candidate has experience of supporting software, SQL, MySQL, C#.NET, JIRA we would love to hear from you!
