Lead Business Analyst
Oliver James are working with a Liverpool based client who are looking for a Lead Business Analyst. You will be responsible for setting up the Business Analysis mindset and encouraging this across the whole business. The company are in the early stages of their digital strategy in terms of how they serve our customers and how they operate internally so you will have the opportunity to build something from scratch.
Key responsibilities for the Lead Business Analyst:
- Responsible for maintaining and communicating the BA process, including all templates and management of artefacts created.
- Responsible for the resource planning and estimation of BA tasks to support the delivery of the change portfolio.
- Uncover the underlying requirements that need to be satisfied to meet the customer and business needs.
Key skills for the Lead Business Analyst:
- A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.
- Experience in coaching techniques to improve and develop a team.
