The Role:
- Partnering with executive stakeholders to drive learning and development initiatives
- Sales Coaching
- Analyzing performance to indentify areas of improvement across the organization
- Performance coaching
- Develiving training and workshops globally
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- Proven track record as a recruiter (ideally agency recriutment or search firm)
- Strong desire to learn and development
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in continious learning
