Oliver James is looking for a Marketing Automation Data Specialist for different roles, with strong capabilities.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Marketing Automation Data Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing data within marketing automation platforms, as well as a solid understanding of data management and analysis principles. This individual will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns, and will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage data within marketing automation platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems
      • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and other digital channels
      • Analyse campaign performance metrics and use insights to improve future campaign effectiveness
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment of marketing automation initiatives with broader business objectives
      • Monitor and maintain marketing automation platform functionality, including system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support
      • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation, data management, and analytic

Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
      • 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation, data management, or a related field
      • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce marketing cloud, or Adobe campaign manager.
      • Great coding skills with HTML, CSS, ...
      • Strong analytically and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
      • Fluent in Dutch and strong capabilities in English
      • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
