Per importantissima realtà Automotive italiana situata in provincia di Modena, sono attualmente alla ricerca di un Method & Portfolio Manager con almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di complessi progetti ICT.
E' richiesto un ottimo livello di inglese.

Method & Portfolio Manager will support the IT Governance Function Lead in managing ICT activities and projects with a specific focus on:
*
Project portfolio definition, performing project prioritization and capacity analysis as well as governance of the most relevant projects in the
roadmap
*
Ongoing project status monitoring (budget and timeline) with board/steering committee reporting and communication
*
Coordinate PMs and provide guidance and methodological support on project execution
*
Fine tune and evolve IT processes, ensuring consistency across different areas/functions
*
Identify, maintain and evolve IT4IT and collaboration tools

Main responsabilities

Through an effective interaction with IT Function Leads and Demand Mgrs , support the definition of a viable Project Portfolio which includes a
balanced project mix to reach the desired business outcomes

Analyze business demand compared to existing portfolio and apply prioritization rules, considering strategic relevance and organization constraints
*
Evaluate IT capacity (both internal and external) for project execution, ensuring the right resource allocation and skill mix
*
Act as a focal point for project information, performing the following activities:

Prioritize project portfolio and i dentify and evaluate cross projects risks and issues, facilitating the escalation process

Monitor and track project status through appropriate reports and manage the common project document repository

Provide Project Managers with guidance and support in key project activities, such as task planning and estimation, stakeholder involvement,
resources coordination, risk and issue management, progress monitoring and tracking, etc.

Design and evolve PM methodology within the organization, including processes, guidelines and templates, leveraging industry best practices
*
Identify and evaluate evolution needs for IT tools, manage change to existing solutions or new solution selection, rollout and training

Knowldedge - Skills - Experience

*
5+ years of experience in IT Governance, in particular as PMO/PM for relevant ICT projects and programs (PMP/Prince2 certification preferred
*
5+ years of IT process design and implementation experience (ITIL/ Cobit certification preferred
*
Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills
*
Proven familiarity with IT4IT and collaboration tools
*
Effective influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an high competitive environment
*
Proven leadership in cross functional teams, ensuring recommendations are successfully implemented
*
Fluent English
