THE JOB

Assistant Officer - Top Insurance Firm

Highlights

  • Providing Administrative support HR team
  • Assist the team's recruitment activities by organizing different events
  • Hand-on customer service and office would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team including include typing, presentation preparation, filing, answering phones, scheduling, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail.
  • Handle recruitment activities from Mainland such as visa application, renewal analysis, reporting, event/meeting support
  • Offer support to the team on request

Requirements

  • Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in an HR or administrative settings
  • Strong writing and communication techniques - both English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership of responsibilities assigned.
  • Efficient, adaptable, and flexible working style
  • Reliable, committed, and determined
  • Strong team player with common sense
