Customer Service Representative/ Officer/ Senior Officer (Top Insurance firm)

Working hours- A Five-day work week

Vacancies: Distribution Contact Centre/ Customer Contact Centre

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling enquiries and requests for employee benefits from customers and agencies
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Make recommendations to management for service improvements
  • Ensure all accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards
  • Support ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • HKDSE/HKCEE/ diploma qualification is required
  • Candidate with customer service experience would be highly favored. Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin) - both oral and written
  • Fast and accurate typing skills and PC literate in Word/Excel
  • Detail oriented and customer centric mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as an officer
