THE JOB
Desktop Engineer- Tier 1 Bank
Highlights
- Delivery of high-quality technical support/ solutions to end users based in Hong Kong / regional office

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support/ solutions to end users based in Hong Kong / regional office
- Update the ticking system via resolving technical enquires from email/walk-in
- Perform system documentation maintenance, hardware & software inventory
- Participate in projects/ ad hoc duties if required
- knowledge of Active Directory, ADSI, Computer/Configuration Management, DFS Management, DHCP, DNS, Event Viewer, and ODBC Data Sources is highly preferable
- Troubleshoot any Microsoft Office requests/issues
- Maintenance for hardware configuration, software/application installation, BIOS & Device Driver upgrades
- Support case management throughout the employee life cycle
- Manage maternity/paternity/parental/adoption applications and related HR matters
Requirements
- University Degree Holder.
- Proactive can-do attitude, good communication, problem-solving, planning, and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Able to work outside normal business hours for an emergency issue
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Roleยญ-modelling teamwork, collaboration. Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Service-oriented and customer-centric. Positive and forward-thinking.
- Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership of responsibilities assigned.
