I am currently partnering with an international bank and looking for a Operational and IT Risk Manager.

The role
The Risk team in the bank is currently expanding and therefore looking for a new team member.
You will work closely with many different stakeholders in the business including the IT team, the risk management team, audit team, compliance and front office. The role has a broad scope of responsibilities within the risk management team, but with a clear focus on IT.
The tasks you need to perform are; identifying material operational risks (in particular operations, IT, information security and cyber security risks), both existing ones and new ones arising as business decisions are made, risk incident management, performing/coordinating risk control self-assessments, building and maintaining the operational and IT risk management framework. You might also be involved in (inter)national projects when required.
What do you bring
You bring an Academic degree (Msc or Bsc) in IT Audit, Information Management, Risk Management, Economics, Finance, public policies or similar.
You have around 3-5 years of working experience.
You have experience in specialised IT risk related topics (including e.g. Business Continuity Management, Outsourcing, cloud, project management, data analytics etc.) (this is a must have.)
You have the ability of switching from strategic and conceptual thinking to performing operational and hands-on activities
You are flexible, pragmatic, excellent team-player, easily cooperating with colleagues from different departments.
