I am currently recruiting for an Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Manager for my client in Bromley on a hybrid basis
The role will see you join the operations team and work closely with the risk team and includes the following responsibilities:
- Being the SME on op risk for the company
- Design and Implement programmes (third-party testing)
- Communicate with internal members, stakeholders and and third-party providers
The candidate should possess the following:
- Strong communications skills and ability to develop good working relationships
- Financial Services or Inusrance experience
- Understanding of FCA regulations and GDPR
- Experience of working in an operational resilience role or business continuity role
