Oliver James have partnered with a multinational insurance organisation to recruit for an Operational Risk Specialist!
You will support the Head of Risk in maintaining an effective operational risk management framework and the additional requirements below;
- Supporting the risk and operations functions to strengthen the company's outsourcing and resilience frameworks.
- Undertake key control testing, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of critical end to end processes and controls
- Assessing compliance and new regulations and guidance.
- Support the senior management team and board committees with contribution to the risk management reports.
Experience required;
- Financial Services (ideally insurance) experience
- Risk Advisory or audit professional qualification
- Previous experience in process reviews and non financial risk management (eg conduct risk)
